SELF EVALUATION.
1. Am I motivated to complete the role I chose in the task definition? If no, ask yourself what you can do to motivate yourself to do your job? Possibly ask your teammates to help you do your task and/or to stay on task.
2. Do I understand my role? If no, do not hesitate to ask for help. Teamwork relies a lot on checking your ego at the door and utilizing your talents while relying on others. You can learn a lot from others and teach them as well.
3. Do I listen to my teammates? Working together takes communication.
